All our products, especially those related to eye care, are dermatologically tested. However, we strongly recommend conducting a patch test before using any product.

Return Policy

At Moroccaneyes.com, we strive to offer an easy and hassle-free return policy. You can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, missing, or incorrect.
  • A mandatory parcel unboxing video is required.
  • You must raise the return or replacement request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Steps to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team via email at support@moroccaneyes.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order ID, and specify whether you'd like to return, replace, or refund the item. Please attach an image of the product, the shipping box, or unboxing videos, along with the invoice, for our reference.
  3. Product Pickup: We will arrange for the product to be picked up within 2-4 business days. The refund or replacement process will be initiated once we receive the product in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Reverse Pickup Instructions:

  • We will assign a reverse pickup within 24-48 hours, and the product will be collected within 2-4 working days.

After we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or replacement.

Please Note:

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount as per the invoice.
  • Free gifts must be returned with the originally delivered product.

Return Guidelines:

  • Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
    • The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
    • The product is used or opened.
    • The return is initiated due to a change of mind (e.g., not liking or not needing the product).
    • The product is returned without original packaging, including the shipping box, price tags, labels, and freebies.
    • The serial number is tampered with.
    • The product is used or altered.
    • The return request is initiated after 48 hours of order delivery.
    • The product was provided as a free gift or part of a promotional offer.

Products included in kits, sets, or combos are not individually eligible for returns or replacement. The entire set must be returned if any item is defective.

Products on sale or in the clearance section are not eligible for return or replacement unless the item is received in a damaged or defective condition, or if the wrong product was sent.


Refunds Policy

Refunds are processed within 15 days of Moroccaneyes.com receiving the returned goods. For prepaid orders made through credit card, debit card, or net banking, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a bank transfer or UPI transfer within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product and your bank details via email. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Please note that cash-on-delivery charges and shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. If you change your mind, you can cancel the order within 2 hours of placement by emailing us at support@moroccaneyes.com with your reason for cancellation, or by calling us at +91 7710028282 (Mon - Fri: 11 AM to 6 PM). We will assist you in canceling the order.

If you request a cancellation after the shipment has already been dispatched, or if you return the order, we will process the refund once the product is received and verified at our warehouse.

Note: Any single product in a kit or set cannot be replaced or returned individually.
